09.11.2020 – On the NAMUR Annual General Meeting 2020, DYN alumni Dr.-Ing. Simon Wenzel has been awarded the NAMUR-Award 2020 for his PhD dissertation.
09.10.2020 – On Oct. 1, 2020 Dr. Sergio Lucia started as the new professor for Process Automation Systems in the BCI department.

30.09.2020 – On September 29, 2020, Lukas Samuel Maxeiner who had been supervised by Prof. Engell, finished the procedures for his doctoral degree with the oral examination at TU Dortmund.

20.05.2020 – On May 6 and 8, 2020, two researchers who had been supervised by Prof. Engell finished the procedures for their doctoral degrees with the oral examination at TU Dortmund.
10.03.2020 – On Monday, March 9th, a group of Automation and Robotics Master students successfully presented the results of their project work, carried out at the DYN chair.

15.01.2020 – Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart, Minister für Wirtschaft, Innovation, Digitalisierung und Energie des Landes NRW übergab am 15.1.2020 Förderbescheide an 11 Projekte, die ab Januar 2020 im Rahmen des Leitmarktwettbewerbs IKT.NRW gefördert werden.
