Dr.-Ing. Stefan Krämer nominated as honorary professor

On November 14th, 2018, Dr.-Ing. Stefan Krämer received the certificate of the honorary professorship from Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ursula Gather, rector of the university, and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Norbert Kockmann, vice dean of teaching and studies of the department of Biochemical and Chemical Engineering (BCI). Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sebastian Engell, the head of the Process Dynamics and Operation group, and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Kockmann, also congratulated the nominee on behalf of the BCI faculty.

Dr.-Ing. Krämer, after having completed his studies in Business Management as well as Chemical and Process Engineering, worked as a research associate at the Process Dynamics and Operation Group, where he obtained his doctorate under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing Engell. He is a specialist in the field of model-based analysis and control technology in the process industry. Dr.-Ing. Krämer has been giving the lecture "Batch Process Operation" at the faculty BCI since 2006. We look forward to our future co-operation.
